As part of the development of its business, Eclairion recruits a Product Owner Web Applications H/F.
Your mission
Connected to the Head of Product, you carry the vision, strategy and prioritization of one or more internal web products.
A privileged interface between, users and development teams, you ensure that you maximize the value delivered to each sprint and control the product life cycle, from identification of needs to production.
You rely on data, user feedback and product best practices to support Eclairion’s digital transformation.
Your responsibilities
Product Vision and Roadmap
- Defining andining the product roadmap in line with business challenges
- Prioritize developments according to their value, impact and complexity
- Animate roadmap reviews with stakeholders and management
- Ensure alignment between user needs and strategic objectives
Backlog Management and Agile Methodology
- Write and maintain user stories, epics and acceptance criteria
- Prioritize and arbitrate the product backlog
- Implementation of Agile/Scrum
- Ensure fluid collaboration with development teams
Discovery and User Experience
- Collecting and analyzing user needs
- Organizing co-design workshops and user testing
- Identify irritants and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with UX and technical teams to design the best solutions
Pilot of Product Performance
- Identifying and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Analysis of User Uses and Behavior
- Conducting experiments and continuous improvement
- Share results and recommendations with stakeholders
Profile sought
Profile sought
- Bac+5 training in computer science, information systems, UX or equivalent
- Minimum 3 to 6 years experience as Product Owner or Product Manager in web applications
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methods
- Experience with backlog management tools (Jira, Linear or equivalent)
- Good mastery of product data analysis and usage tracking tools
- Excellent listening, analysis and synthesis skills
Appreciated skills
- CSPO, SAFe PO/PM or equivalent certification
- Experience in B2B products with strong technical component
- Understanding modern web architectures and REST or GraphQL APIs
- Sensitivity to UX/UI issues and user experience
