Coordinator of Infrastructure H/F

As part of the development of its activities, Eclairion recruits a (e) Infrastructure Business Officer.

Connected to the MOX management, the Infrastructure Business Officer ensures the operational conduct of the technical infrastructure construction sites.

He/she is responsible for the proper execution of the work on site, in compliance with plans, technical specifications, time limits, costs and safety requirements.

He/she coordinates the companies involved, controls the quality of execution and guarantees the compliance of the achievements until the receipt of the works.

The missions:

Operational piloting of construction sites

• Organization and supervision of work on site

• Monitoring of progress and compliance with milestones

• Interface with MOX

Coordination of companies and stakeholders

• Animation of building meetings

• Coordination of State bodies

• Management of technical interfaces

Technical quality and compliance

• Control of compliance with plans and specifications

• Verification of Quality of Execution

• Monitoring of tests and technical controls

Construction Safety and Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure compliance with HSE rules

• Application of regulatory and contractual requirements

• Participation in audits and inspections

Planning, costs and reporting

• Follow the detailed planning

• Cost control and validation of work situations

• Regular reporting to the project management

Management of changes and obstacles

• Analysis of differences and proposed solutions

• Management of additional work and technical adjustments

• Anticipation and management of operational risks

Reception and closing of work

• Operations prior to reception

• Removing the reservations

• Technical and administrative closure of construction sites

Profile sought

Higher education in civil engineering, electrical engineering, infrastructure or equivalent

Experience in managing technical infrastructure projects

Strong multi-stakeholder coordination skills

Safety and regulatory compliance issues

Strength, autonomy, sense of responsibility and capacity for anticipation
