Eclairion strengthens its project team and recruits a H/F Project Manager specializing in the conduct of data center planning and technical construction projects.
As a real operational pilot, you are a guarantor of the success of projects in all their dimensions: quality, cost, timing, security and customer satisfaction.
Joined to the operations management, you support the conduct of data center technical planning projects, from the study phase to the reception of the works.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Pilot the technical studies and ensure the coordination of internal and external teams (study offices, companies, suppliers, partners).
Develop and monitor the plans, budgets and resources allocated to the projects.
Ensure the technical consistency and quality of the deliverables at every stage of the project life cycle.
Ensure customer relationship, transparency of reporting and animation of management committees.
Supervising contractual management, financial monitoring and quality control of works.
Identify risks and implement appropriate corrective action plans.
Ensure the satisfaction of stakeholders and compliance with Eclairion’s technical and environmental standards.
From training Bac+5 Building Engineer or MEP, you justify a confirmed experience in the management of construction projects or technical planning, ideally in the data center universe or critical infrastructures.
Strong knowledge of space/power/cooling systems related to HPC/IA infrastructures.
Master of project management tools (MS Project, planning, budget monitoring, dashboards).
Good understanding of building methods, technical standards and data center security requirements.
Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and solve complex technical problems.
Excellent communication skills in project and animation of pilot committees.
Strictness, sense of organization and strong result/customer orientation.
