Technical and logistical agent of the site H/F

We are looking for a technical and logistical agent for our site, a real guarantor of the proper functioning and user-friendliness of our spaces. Polyvalent, autonomous and with a strong sense of service, you ensure daily the cleanliness, safety and proper maintenance of the site, while ensuring the reception and logistics of the site activities.

Your role directly contributes to providing centralized, functional and welcoming management for all.

Their main tasks

Maintenance and maintenance of the site

• Ensure the opening and closing of buildings (portals, access, alarms)

• Maintenance of indoor and outdoor spaces: small work, punctual cleaning, green spaces, storage

• Ensure the general good condition of the facilities and signal the needs of intervention

Logistics and Operational Support

• Manage routine handling: receipt, displacement and installation of equipment

• Prepare rooms, meetings and internal events (setting up, refreshments, logistics)

• Participate in the management of inventories, equipment and waste

Welcome and coordination

• Welcome visitors, service providers and partners with professionalism and courtesy

• Be the local relay for troubleshooting and coordination with the technical providers (plumbing, electricity, safety, cleaning)

• To help maintain a pleasant, safe and welcoming environment for all the occupants of the site.

Profile sought

Bac +2 training with technical, logistics or maintenance dominance

Practical spirit and sense of service

Autonomy and flexibility in everyday management

Ability to make and maintain at the first level

Strictness, punctuality and discretion
