“IA, our ambition for France”, critical feedback and perspective following the publication of this major report for the sector.
On Wednesday March 13, the French Artificial Intelligence Commission submitted its report – “AI, our ambition for France” – to the President of the Republic. The 130-page report makes 25 recommendations to the French government.

Cinq-Cinq is a multidisciplinary agency that designed the architecture of the ECLAIRION project. By mobilising collective intelligence, the agency combines architectural quality with economic, technical and environmental issues to produce coherent solutions that are specific to the context of each project.
The Merlin Group was chosen for the ECLAIRION project because of its multi-disciplinary expertise in water, waste, and energy as well as its expertise in acoustics, having been a renowned engineering firm in the environmental field for more than a century.
In coordination with the architectural firm Art’Ur, the Projex Group’s project management and engineering division came up with the design for the ECLAIRION site. The data centre specialists from The Projex Group will help ECLAIRION’s clients with their on-site installation.
This company serves as an independent, trusted third party on the ECLAIRION project to validate the compliance and safety of infrastructures and constructions. It is a specialist in construction, infrastructure, and the environment, serving the performance and safety of buildings and people.
