A major milestone is reached today with the signing of the construction lease promise with EDF for our two future sites in Moselle (Richemont and La Maxe). Eclairion is delighted to finalise the expression of interest process launched by EDF for the conversion of these two former production sites. This signing constitutes a structuring step for the sovereignty of AI Factory infrastructure in France and for the implementation of our industrial platform. We also wish to salute the commitment and quality of collaboration of the EDF and Eclairion teams, as well as the decisive support of local authorities and RTE, mobilised over recent months to successfully reach this first milestone.
