Located in Essonne, at Bruyères-le-Châtel, Éclairion's first operational site benefits from an exceptionally strategic location: directly facing the Teratec scientific campus and the CEA's Very Large Computing Centre — one of France's most important intensive computing research sites. 35 km south of Paris, this 4-hectare site has been operational since 2025, with a first phase of 60 MW dedicated to hosting high-density clusters. Its modular platform design offers each client an isolated, secure and scalable space. High density requires direct liquid cooling at the heart of the racks, enabling optimal efficiency. The Bruyères-le-Châtel site meets the highest level of sector requirements by design.

Adjacent to the Éclairion site, the AI Infrastructure Factory Hub is a 920 m² Grand Innovation Venue, designed to bring together the entire AI value chain in Île-de-France. The Hub is at once a workspace, an experimentation centre and an events venue. It welcomes startups, industrial partners, competitiveness clusters (Cap Digital, Teratec) and research institutions in a setting integrated into the Bruyères-le-Châtel forest.
